Registration Reminders, and Important Dates & Information
- All Registration Fees Submitted Are Non-Refundable.
- Early Registration ends right before midnight MST on Tuesday, March 31st, 2026.
- Online registration ends at 5pm MST on Tuesday, April 16th, or earlier if we have sold out.
- Registrations may be paid via PayPal or credit card. We do not accept checks or Purchase Orders.
- Transferring Your Registration: Registrations may be transferred to another individual, by request of the original registrant, during open registration. Please email us at ida_rmb@yahoo.com before April 17th to initiate a transfer. Member registrations can only be transferred to other active, paying members of IDA. We will not issue refunds for the difference incurred when non-member registrations are transferred to members.
- Members Instructions: Please make sure to register with your membership number on the payment page. If your number does not work to activate the discount, please email us at ida_rmb@yahoo.com BEFORE YOU REGISTER. We will not issue refunds for members who register at the non-member rate.
*Membership Discounts and Instructions
- To be eligible for member conference registration rates, you must be a current, active, paying member of The International Dyslexia Association (IDA).
- Free IDA memberships do not qualify for conference discounts.
- Your membership number is required on the Payment page of the registration process to receive the member discount. We will not issue membership refunds for the difference in pricing if you register without your membership number.
- If you joined or renewed your IDA membership since March 1, 2026, simply forward us the confirmation email that you receive from IDA before you register. Please send it to ida_rmb@yahoo.com. Because IDA’s membership system and our conference system are not connected, this confirmation email will notify us of your status so we can update our system and then contact you via return email with instructions on registering with member pricing.
- If you do not know your IDA membership number, please sign in to your membership account with IDA and click on My Account at the top of the page. Any other questions about your membership should be sent to IDA at member@dyslexiaida.org
- DO NOT REGISTER WITHOUT AN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP NUMBER or if your membership number is not working! We charge a $30 administrative fee for all system change requests. Email us first please.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
- Early Bird Pricing ends at midnight MST on Tuesday, March 31st.
- Online registration will only be available through 6pm MST on Thursday, April 16th, or earlier if we sell out.
- Conference fees may be paid using a Credit Card or via PayPal.
- All registrations are non-refundable. There are no refunds. You are welcome to transfer your registration during the open registration period to another individual by notifying our registration team at ida_rmb@yahoo.com. Transfers are not permitted after registration has closed.
- To pay for multiple registrants at once, please register them as part of a group. After the first attendee has completed registration, click on the “Add Group Member” button on the confirmation screen to add the second attendee, and so on as needed. Due to the low cost of this conference, there is no group discount. All attendees of a group must use the same payment method. Group registrations will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
- Purchase Order Payments and checks will not be accepted for this conference.
Registration Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your registration via email from events@idarmb.org. This confirmation, along with your certificate of attendance, will serve as your receipt for tax purposes or reimbursement from your district, if applicable. If you do not receive a confirmation email from events@idarmb.org, you are not registered. Check your spam folder too!
Please provide a non-school email address (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) during the registration process so that our registration system’s emails are not blocked by your school’s server. Hotmail and Comcast servers have also blocked system emails in the past. You can use your school email address in the “cc email address” field if you want to try and send a copy there. Please email us immediately if you believe you are registered but did not receive a confirmation email.
Certificates of Attendance
A Certificate of Attendance for 5.5 hours of in-person education is available to each participant. We kindly ask that you complete our conference survey in return at the end of the day. Visit the IDA-RMB table, turn in your name badge, and scan the code after your last session to access the survey and certificate. You can download the certificate of attendance from the survey completion screen. If you do not complete a survey showing us that you attended, you will not receive a certificate of attendance.
Scholarships from DenCoKID for Denver Teachers
IDA-RMB is pleased to partner with DenCoKID in offering four scholarships towards registration fees for Denver-based public and private school teachers. This scholarship will only cover conference registration fees for Reading in the City, and does not include travel or lodging, food outside conference lunch, or any other related expenses. Note that the IDA membership discount does not apply to scholarship awards. A $25 scholarship fee is required with acceptance and will be collected upon registration. Exhibiting at Reading in the City
Unfortunately, there is no physical space for exhibiting this year. In consideration of all our attendees, advertising of any kind is prohibited at this conference. Please refrain from pitching your business or services to other attendees, and do not bring marketing materials to the conference.
Food and Drink
Lunch will again be provided by Tokyo Joe’s and will accommodate those with meal requirements such as dairy-free, gluten-free (GF), nut-free, vegetarian, and vegan! Make sure to select the appropriate option during registration. We will not have extra meals. You may decline the meal, or bring your own, but we will not issue partial refunds. The meal options are as follows:
- Gluten-Free/Dairy-Free White Chicken Bowl: white rice, chicken, mixed veggies, & GF teriyaki sauce
- Gluten-Free/Dairy-Free Tofu Bowl: brown rice, tofu, mixed veggies, & GF teriyaki sauce
Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted on site. Drinks will be provided with lunch.
Conference Handouts
You will receive an email at least a week before the conference with a link and code to access and download the handouts. Keep on the lookout for an email from events@idarmb.org with handout access and important pre-event information. Add events@idarmb.org to your contacts to make sure we end up in your inbox!
